Plutonio is a trailblazing force in contemporary Portuguese music, emerging from the Bairro da Cruz Vermelha in Cascais and shaping the sound of lusophone urban culture with his blend of Hip-Hop, R&B and Afro Beats.

His 2013 debut marked the beginning of a dynamic career, later amplified by landmark releases such as Histórias da Minha Life, Preto & Vermelho (a dual album exploring emotional depth and social awareness), and Sacrifício — the first all-digital Portuguese album to reach platinum and double platinum status.

With Mozambican roots and a strong connection to street narratives, Plutonio has built a reputation as one of the most consistent and in-demand artists of his generation.

2024 sees the launch of his fourth solo album, Carta de Alforria, marking a new era in his artistic journey. This chapter culminated in a historic achievement: two sold-out headline shows at Portugal’s largest venue, MEO Arena, confirming Plutonio’s status as one of the most impactful and unifying voices in contemporary lusophone music.
